How PlentyLabs handles your data, your content, and the rights to everything you create. Essential info for PlentyLabs clients, in plain language.
What every PlentyLabs client should know.
Everything you create or commission through PlentyLabs is yours to use commercially. No watermarks, no usage meters on finished work, no surprise claims later.
Products, logos, fonts, and references you upload remain your property. We use them only to produce your work, and we do not hand them to third parties to train their models.
PlentyLabs runs entirely in the EU. Your account, your projects, and every image and video you make are stored and processed in Google Cloud's Belgium region, not shipped to the US by default.
PlentyLabs is a Swedish company operating under GDPR. We collect what we need to run the service, nothing more, and our privacy policy spells out exactly what that means.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, workspaces are isolated per customer, and the credentials connecting your ad accounts get a second layer of encryption on top. The full detail is published, not just described.
Everything we generate carries standard machine-readable provenance marking it as AI-made, and you can switch on a visible label for exports and published ads. That is the EU AI Act's Article 50 handled, ahead of the deadline.
Soundtracks come from the Epidemic Sound catalog, cleared for commercial use across channels. No takedowns, no licensing chase, no rights anxiety on any video we deliver.
We work with leading model providers under commercial agreements and route your work to the right model for the job. As providers change, your rights to the output do not.
If your IT or security team needs the specifics — regions, encryption, access controls, subprocessors, and the controls we do not yet have — our security overview spells all of it out. Bring the rest to a call.
