1. About this page

This is the register we provide under Article 28(2)–(4) of the GDPR. It lists the third parties that process personal data on our behalf, and what each one does it for. Our Data Processing Agreement refers to this page, and this version of it, as the authorised list of sub-processors.

PlentyLabs is operated by Plenty Labs AB, registered in Sweden (Org.nr 559454-1855), Vastgotagatan 2, 118 27 Stockholm. For the current version of this register, or to raise an objection to a sub-processor listed here, write to privacy@plentylabs.com.

2. Our sub-processors

  • Hosting the service: compute, the primary database, object storage, secret management and application logging.
  • Running the parts of the platform we host ourselves on it: real-time sync, chat stream durability, and the scheduling and retry of generation and video processing.
  • Generating and analysing media on Google models through Vertex AI: chat, image and video analysis, video generation, music and speech.
  • Hosting our support mailbox, support@plentylabs.com, through Google Workspace.
  • Serving the web fonts the product's interface is rendered in.

  • Most image, video and audio generation, on the model your team selects.
  • The canvas tools: upscale, background removal, lip-sync and subtitles.
